Positions 1–4 must always be filled.

Optional call position

Alexander receives 20% more than the middle tier. Richard, Daniel, and William share evenly. Ray and Bhoumesh share the smallest tier evenly.

2027 fifth-call distribution:

Calculated when StaffMe staffs the schedule.

Weekend coverage

Friday's 1st-call physician covers the weekend and is assigned 4th call on Monday.

Post-call rule: Every 1st-call physician is automatically assigned 4th call on the following day. Friday/weekend 1st call receives Monday 4th call.

Service, vacation & weekend limits

Daily staffing rule: ICU and Admin are staggered across the year so every weekday has at least one person on ICU, Admin, or approved vacation before optional 5th call is assigned.
